D'Amico from Rochester won a SilverBack Chess Clock donated by Shelby Lohrman of Chess Gorilla with a perfect 4/4 and then winning a blitz playoff
against Joseph Koczot.
There was a rated and unrated section. A special thanks to McDuffie for having many Buffalo chess players participate in this memorial event.
60+ players participated. The event was held on Saturday, March 7th.
Many trophies and prizes were awarded.
The Parry Family and TD Ken McBride want to thank all participants for making this a very successful chess event.
